We opened Obsidrix Valorium 'cause we were tired of seeing gyms that cared more about Instagram aesthetics than actual athletic development. Don't get me wrong - there's nothing wrong with looking good, but that should be a side effect, not the main goal.
Here's the deal: we specialize in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and CrossFit programming. That means you're gonna learn proper technique, build legit strength, and probably surprise yourself with what you can do.

Squat, bench, deadlift - the big three. We'll help you move more weight safely and get you comp-ready if that's where you wanna go. Progressive overload done right.
High-intensity workouts mixing gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio. Classes are capped at 12 so you get actual coaching, not just someone yelling at you from across the room.
